More Than a Preschool—A Foundation for Life

At The Peace Rose Montessori School, we nurture confident, independent learners who are prepared to succeed academically while developing a lifelong love of learning.

Through hands-on Montessori materials, children learn by touching, exploring, and discovering. Lessons are based on each child’s readiness rather than simply their age, allowing children to progress when they are ready and receive additional practice and guidance when needed.

Just as important as academics are the life skills children develop. Our students learn independence, responsibility, respect, leadership, and how to care for themselves, others, and their environment.

They also learn how to use their voice. I once taught a little girl who struggled to speak up for herself with her peers. With support from her teachers, family, and the Montessori approach, she became a confident communicator. Our Peace Rose, the inspiration for our school’s name, helped teach her to express her feelings, listen to others, and resolve conflicts peacefully. She left us not only more confident, but also academically ahead in language and mathematics.

At The Peace Rose, we are not simply preparing children for their next classroom. We are giving them the confidence, independence, and love of learning to flourish wherever their journey takes them.
